Our Team
Danica
Danica is the General Business Manager of D & D Swimming Pools and Landscaping Services. She is so proud to have such a creative and driven team working along side her to make sure D & D gets the job done right! Danica works where she can to help everything move smoothly, but has a specific interest in the water testing program. She is educated in pool water chemistry and enjoys being hands on with her testing program. Visiting the customers and their backyards, monitoring their pool and equipment to ensure their pools stay clear and beautiful!
Derek
Derek is our Construction Manager. Since he was 15 years old, Derek has worked independently for homeowners turning their outside visions for their backyards into realities.
With hundreds of back yards completed across the GTA from the pool to the last brick, the attention and care he gives to his customers is unmatched in the industry. He is proud to now work even closer with his family, friends and partners to continue to do what he loves.
Jocelyn
Jocelyn is our Project Coordinator. She has been working with our family for the past 3 years and has quickly learned and advanced herself to become an indispensable team player. Her best talent is paying attention to detail. While on site, she ensures every item on a customers wish list is done to the highest of standards. While off the job sites, she works hard ensuring our schedules and benchmarks are met.
Jake
Jake is one of our Field Supervisor. Like his father, Jake, while completing school, worked after hours with the family trade and found his niche in building swimming pools. He has taken a keen interest in machinery and has become our senior operator. He can dig the most difficult of pools and is truly devoted to his family with ensuring everyday goes well in the field.
